We came here while on holidays and wow, it was such a great experience! The wait staff are incredibly friendly, nothing was too big of a problem. The food was DELICIOUS, even the gluten free pizza and pasta (see the last 2 images), and they were more than happy to adapt recipes where needed. Our food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering despite the restaurant being packed, really decent sized servings, and it was a great, friendly atmosphere. We have already been again on our stay! Definitely check Alfresco out if you’re in the area 😊

I’m not one to write many reviews, but I can now see why this place has so many. Despite the wait because we didn’t book a table, it was absolutely worth it. First of all, beautiful atmosphere and hospitality. Second, the food was fantastic, we ordered a wide variety and not one dish disappointed. Drinks were also amazing!! We absolutely loved this place and we will be back (with a reservation this time ofc). Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!!

I have travelled to Italy every year of my life for holiday and I can honestly say that this place has by far the best Italian food I have ever had outside of Italy. Even the most simple dishes are so flavorful and rich that every bite feels amazing. I can highly- HIGHLY recommend the Prosciutto and Mushroom Pizza as well as the Napoli Pasta. You can tell immediately that the food is home made, especially the sauce. Thank you Alfresco for the best NYE dinner I have ever had. It’s worth every Penny. The wait time was little to nothing, for this quality it was extremely fair in price and the ambiance was great. We will definitely be back, Grazie 🇮🇹

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommend. We dined here while on holiday and it was so good we came back two days later. We thoroughly enjoyed the entrees, pizzas, pastas, and desserts, and found the price reasonable too.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant for years, and it continues to impress every single time. The quality and service remain consistently top-notch hands down the best Italian spot in Surfers. The owner is always on the floor, personally checking in with each table, and it really shows in the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. A fantastic example of how a restaurant should be run. Highly recommended!
