An amazing dining experience. From the moment you enter, you notice the care. Of your seating, the introduction, the explanation of each course and the quality of each serving and delicious mouthful. I have a dietary restriction and they were so accommodating. I was really a highlight experience in Hobart. If you can get a booking, I highly recommend.

Exceptional experience and an absolute must do in Hobart. The food and the service were not top notch. The lamb ribs were a stand out but every single dish was amazing. We got very lucky and were able to watch some of the Sydney to Hobart Yachts come into the finis line which topped off the whole experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I visited A Loft Restaurant with my partner and mum during our holiday in Hobart, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were lucky enough to be seated at a table with a beautiful water view. Esther looked after us very well throughout our dining experience, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel cared for. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were so glad to have experienced one of the best restaurants in Hobart. Highly recommended!

We had the chef's menu with wine pairing and it was top-notch. We were lucky enough to have seats at the bar, which allowed us to watch everything being prepared in front of us by chef Blair, who was great. Hard to fault anything about the evening. Seriously one of the best meals I've had in a very very long time. All local fresh ingredients, beautifully presented and in a stunning setting overlooking the sea. I was sat by myself at the bar and couldn't have been happier, watching the chefs work their magic and tell stories about each dish. I was very well looked after and I will definitely be back!
