We sit down. We order drinks. Then we’re asked to move because a larger group wants our space. Then they make us stand in the corner. Literally…. stand (not sit) in the corner.

Antico Bar does great cocktails if you’re after something a bit more classic and Italian-leaning rather than over-the-top. We had a Negroni and an Amaretto Sour — both well balanced, strong without being harsh, and made properly rather than rushed. The bartenders know their stuff and are happy to tweak things to taste. Small, lively space so it can feel a bit tight when it’s busy, but the atmosphere is half the appeal. Solid spot for quality cocktails and a late drink in the city.

First time there on Saturday 29th Nov for a friend's birthday. I loved the interior design and the atmosphere was nice where everyone can talk without having to raise our voices to hear each other. The drinks were amazing from how I've tested my friends' as I was the sober friend in case of any trouble. Amazing staffs, shout out the Jess for the night and giving us a laugh, adding to the experience!

Was looking for a place for a great cocktail and found Antico, it is a gorgeous bar with a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful mood lighting. A grand space for a date night, catch up, or even a solo outing. We were served by the wonderful Tom who made sure that our drinks were topped up and to an an amazing standard all night. He had amazing recommendations, and customer service that was fabulous, would highly recommend if looking for a good time with friends or just a relaxing night. Good price for what you’re getting and cocktails were amazing. Can’t wait to revisit!!

One of Brisbane’s hidden bars with a lovely atmosphere. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Conversation with them was pleasant. They do all the classic cocktails and some interesting specials. I tried one of the special cocktails, smoke on the water, its taste was exactly like the name of it. I enjoyed that experience so much. Definitely will go there again.
