Amazing restaurant with spectacular food and a great local touch. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, combining local ingredients with creative twists. The local wine was excellent and paired perfectly with the food. A special mention to Alice, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm and stylish — truly an amazing place that I would highly recommend.

Four of us had the most wonderful evening at Balthazar. The staff were so friendly and really made our evening. Big shout out to Becky! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Next time we’re in Perth we shall definitely return. Fabulous!

Enjoyed a nice dinner near our hotel; first time at this restaurant. Service and waitstaff very friendly, polite, and attentive. Food came out in good time, and meals were delicious, could not fault. Restaurant was quite busy and very popular. The style of the restaurant setting was very different: sort of mid century olde world charm - very effective in keeping with the heritage building.

Lovely meal here in Jan 2026. We didn't know what to expect. It's an intimate place that was busy on the night. Reserving a table in advance probably worth it. All the food was lovely. Not an extensive menu but well balanced and easy to understand. While its fine dining it's not too fussy. Great wine list too. Best place we ate in Peeth, do try it

Every dish we ordered was absolutely perfect. The tenderloin steak in particular was incredibly soft and flavorful so tender that it could be pulled apart without even using a knife. It seemed quite difficult to visit without a reservation, and now I completely understand why. This was our first meal in Perth, and it made the start of our trip so enjoyable and memorable. Definitely coming back again!
