If you want a good mood and experience, AVOID. The menu and price speak one thing, slightly higher end Italian restaurant, and the food might also pass the same test, it's nice, to be fair. But the experience is the let down. The manager/owner or the management decisions are at fault. The staff likely are instructed to act in a way. Hence tough to blame the staff, who seem young and inexperienced. Primary issues, felt rushed, words used and behaviour overall had a weird aggression and pushiness to it, without the typical warmth and niceness we are used to in Brisbane.

What a gem! The food was absolutely gorgeous. Our lovely server Clancy was authentic, attentive, efficient and polished - she made our night! She recommended dishes in mouth-watering detail (guys, get the wagyu sirloin special -it will blow your socks off) and was more than accommodating for us to share all the meals. Welcoming space, friendly and professional staff, tip-top food and great service, we will be back! P/S will not be sharing the zucchini dish, thank you - one each please next time 😉

Bespoke, intimate and relaxing setting. We shared the olives with whipped gorgonzola and honey, calamari and two pizzas, as well as a passionfruit creme brûlée and a wine each that Andrew our waiter paired to our meals perfectly. Considering the quality and size of the meals we were surprised that our bill was so reasonable! At least $50 cheaper than expected. Plus Lara, our waitress, was incredible sweet and helpful. The authentically friendly and caring service made all the difference. Will definitely be back!

Holy cow. What a superb find. The best Italian restaurant we have discovered in Brisbane. The staff were warm, friendly and super attentive. The food came out surprisingly quickly and was fantastic. What I can’t do justice is the atmosphere. It’s beautifully cosy and perfect choice in lighting, music and decor. Thank you. We will absolutely be back

We had our end of season dinner for our cricket team at Barchetta. Tony and Narelle were extremely accomodating to help make it a great night for the guys. Set menu was perfect, food was amazing, accommodated for people with food allergies, great atmosphere and service was impeccable. If you are looking for great Italian cuisine or trying somewhere new, then I can highly recommend Barchetta Italian. You can see the quality of ingredients in the way the food is presented and tastes. Thank you!
