I have been here muultiple times now and they never disappoint! Such fabulously made, delicious and flavourful food every single time- absolutely incredible! Every time flawlessly served, timed perfect and fresh. Great drinks to make it a full experience as well completing the food. My mum's favourite restaurant in Sydney and she is tough to make happy as she cooks a lot. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and menu that keeps me coming back. Definitely try the bread, supli if you enjoy truffles and Diavola pizza , my favourites! Million thanks for your service every time guys, I could not recommend you enough!
Cicerone lived up to the hype and expectations I had. The service was phenomenal by everyone, and the food speaks for itself. The ambiance was great, definitely recommend going here with a group so youโre able to try more of the dishes, as the mains were well-sized and the menu in its entirety looked good.
Pizza base was light fluffy and not soggy!!! We got the parmigiana pizza- loud and bold flavours of tomato and aubergine. Carbonara was a little stodgy and needed more guanciale ( not as smooth and silky ) but delicious and would get it again. The Woodfire bread with honey butter and truffle was delicious as aspected and moreish. We couldnโt pass up on the tiramisu and so glad we didnโt - layers of classic mascarpone cream folded with bits of chocolate with just perfectly soaked cake or salvadori - just yum !!
solid italian spot โ decent portion sizes, great taste!! service was efficient and friendly, with the food served fast - not keeping us waiting for long. although a little small inside the atmosphere was lovely and intimate, well lit with a fancy touch to it. the open kitchen concept is appreciated. the dessert was also served with a candle which was a really lovely and sweet gesture. overall, would come back!
Probably my first overall 10/10 for a venue. I was not sure what to expect but from the moment we stepped in the door everything smelled and looked amazing. The staff were so welcoming, waitstaff were also very prompt and accomodating. We ordered a lot of food and they really helped make sure we had plenty of room to enjoy it all at once to not miss out. The food highlight of the evening was the crustino beef tar tar, carbonara was spectacularly creamy and the prawn ravioli was a burst of flavour a true stand out. But of course I canโt forget the pizza! Diavola is my go to whenever I am ordering and this was the best one Iโve had yet. All desserts we tried were amazing and could not fault for presentation and flavour as well. I really couldnโt recommend this place enough, the vibe was very cool and intimate even with a group of 5. We will definitely be back!
