The food was mid-quality. Lamb shanks were ok but the sauce overwhelmed the pallet. The worst part was overhearing the owner/chef using intimidating language and tone with our young female waitress. Won’t be returning.

Dined here last night. I'll be dining here again. Food was excellent and servings were generous. Our waitress was lovely. And the chef/owner is a character. Looking forward to going back soon.

The best place in canberra. The food is top notch, the chief and owner are super friendly and chill. They also let you bring your own wine and enjoy it. You can tell they are highly experieced chiefs.

Probably my favourite restaurant in all of Canberra. Whenever someone comes to visit, we'll always take them here for one of the nights. Amazing food, that is hearty, filling and tastes great. Prices are very reasonable. The staff are professional and skilled. The highlight is always seeing the chef's passion for his food and restaurant.

I've come here with friends, colleagues, family and dates. There isn't an occasion the atmosphere and service aren't perfect for. I'd recommend a dish, but my favourite is just ask the chef and you'll get a few great ideas. I think I've tried almost everything but new things come seasonally so I'll keep trying. The food is something you tell your friends about when you leave. If you haven't been, go now. Book early so you get a table there's limited room and at peak times can he hard to get in.
