Four of us dined at Etna last night and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was friendly and attentive and had all the hallmarks of Italian hospitality. We started off with the burrata with a honey and truffle drizzle which was as delicious as is sounds. The pizzas were exceptional with bases you could almost eat on their own. We finished off with tiramisu which was good without being fabulous. Overall, if you are looking for quality Italian dining in the Valley, Etna is your place.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! As an Italian guy, I can honestly say this is the best pizza in Brisbane! The dough is incredible and extremely light. Top-quality ingredients, outstanding flavours, and attentive, flawless service. Thanks again to the entire staff — truly well done!

Etna is definitely THE place to go for absolutely delicious food and amazing service. I went recently with a friend, and a booking is highly recommended, especially on the weekend as they can get quite busy. Even though the restaurant was pretty full, we got seated very quickly at a really nice table by the window. After a few minutes, we already had our drinks on the table — spicy margaritas, which were delicious. Our lovely waiter explained the specials to us, and they sounded so good that we decided to order all of them. The starters ( tomino cheese wrapped in prosciutto - absolutely divine ), fritto Misto and the pasta ( Gnocchi Spinach malfatti ) were cooked to perfection and full of flavour. But the winner of the night was definitely the pizza ( Speck é fichi ) — one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I also had the PANE E SCHIACCIATA with prosciutto and stracciatella cheese and one with anchovies and capers, when i came back again for dinner. Absolutely amazing !!! They have a great variety of wines on their wine list, and the Pinot Nero we were recommended was a beautiful pairing with our dishes. For dessert, we had a pistachio lemon curd tart, which was such a treat to finish off our dinner. I’ll definitely will be back — I’ve heard they now have Nutella-filled donuts for dessert… how could I miss this? 😍🍕🍷

Etna Pizza is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped straight into Italy. The staff clearly take pleasure in what they do, and it shows in every dish. The pizza was absolutely perfect and the penne cota was heavenly. Shame we’re only visiting, but we’ll definitely want to come back!

Very pleasant experience last Sunday night at Etna. Two delicious pizzas - the Carbonara and the Cinghialotta - nice and thin and very tasty. Staff recommended a a bottle of wine that matched perfectly. Friendly staff, great looking space and cool vibe. A great relaxed, end of weekend experience.
