I asked the waitress if she could order 2 of each flavour of this starter that I don't remember the name and she said she would check with the kitchen and to my surprise: IT WAS NOT Authorised!!!! It was enough to win my dislike for the place.... With so many options of competing restaurants next to it, this place should "take the customer on my lap and caress my head". I didn't feel well treated as I should. I don't recommend this place.
Delicious food! We had the mushroom arancini, house salad, Napoli gnocchi, lemon cake and chocolate cannoli. The arancini and cannoli were the standouts for me! They also offer an onion-free Napoli sauce listed on the menu. Great for kids or for those who are sensitive ๐
Absolutely loved our visit to Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers in Brisbane! The gnocchi was light, fluffy, and full of flavourโwe tried the mushroom & truffle and the classic Bolognese, both incredible. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy yet lively. A perfect spot for comfort food done right. Highly recommend!
The food was excellent and beautifully presented and a great selection of courses. We did the lunch special and it was excellent. There's plenty of room and access for wheelchair users.
I recently tried Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers at South Bank and ordered the Puttanesca sugo. This was my first time having this dish. Iโm usually a big fan of Italian cuisine, but unfortunately, this one wasnโt really my cup of tea. The gnocchi itself felt like I was just chewing flour, which made it hard to enjoy. On the positive side, the sauce was great and adding chicken helped me finish the meal. I ordered takeaway, and while the food quality was okay overall, I did find it on the pricey sideโespecially considering they even charged 10 cents for cutlery. Overall, Iโd say my experience was neutral. I appreciated the sauce and the convenience of takeaway, but the gnocchi itself and the extra charges left me a little underwhelmed.
