It was my first time visiting Kneading Ruby, and I was seriously impressed! The food was delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully made. The service was absolutely top tier! Charlotte specifically was warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Omg…. I came here with my partner for the first time last night and what a place! The food was absolutely incredible. We pretty much ordered everything that was recommended to us and we could not be more impressed! Including the prawns, gnocchi and pork cottaletta and the olive oil cake. The flavours have been well thought out and absolutely incredible. Secondly and also probably most importantly. The service that we had from Rogan was impeccable, caring and she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was onto everything, including making sure our waters were topped up. Refreshed our table after every course. The perfect amount of being at the table and being attentive as well as also giving space.. She was a breath of fresh air and so good to see hard working waitstaff that care about their customer experience. I cannot praise her enough!. We will definitely be back!

One of the best places in the Wollongong. It is our go to for special occasions. The service is excellent - couldn't find anything wrong with anyone here. Food is exceptional and the cocktails great too.

An easy walk in for dinner for two on a Wednesday night. Ordered the garlic bread (not pictured) 9/10 Ordered the polenta chips 7.5/10 very hot on the inside, thr sauce pairs well. Had their beef fillet for my main and my friend had their market fish. Waitress was lovely and very knowledgeable about each dish as we were both new to this restaurant. Highly recommended!

Kneading Ruby Wollongong - A Benchmark for Exceptional Dining I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kneading Ruby, and I must admit, it was an impressive experience. Having visited several fine Italian restaurants, I can confidently say this place stands out. The staff here are attentive, friendly, and truly enhance the overall dining atmosphere. One must-try item is the garlic bread. Their unique take on this classic starter is an excellent way to kick off the evening. Moving on to the main course, the pasta was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors that delighted every taste bud. While the portions were on the smaller side, the taste certainly made up for it. The wood-fired pizza was a delightful surprise. With a chewy crust and an explosion of flavors, it offered a unique taste profile that I hadn't encountered before. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the rocket salad; but then again, it's just salad. The cocktails were well-crafted, with a flawless taste that complemented the meal nicely, although the red wine left much to be desired. Overall, my experience was remarkable, and I would undoubtedly recommend Kneading Ruby to others. One minor hiccup was that the bill arrived rather quickly before we had completed our meal, but I understand it was a busy night for them.
