The food at La Tratt is always amazing. Maggie the floor and restaurant manager understands the menu and produce, keen to share his knowledge for quality plates paired with good wine. The pasta, seafood and steaks are always cooked to perfection.

A wonderful experience that you do not have to travel far for! Superb atmosphere right from the entry point to the RSL. You feel like you are in a 5 star resort in Bali! Waiters were lovely, restaurant manager on point, and food divine!! It you are looking for fine dining in Fairfield this is highly recommended! My price point includes entrees mains + alcohol! Our family has been coming here for years, and it continues to deliver exceptional food and service that rivals and often surpasses some of the best restaurants in Sydney’s CBD. This Mother’s Day was no exception. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented, from the tender grilled garlic prawn and vibrant sides to the rich, flavorful mains and indulgent desserts. The quality is consistently high, and the ingredients are always fresh. The mushroom velote is a must. A special mention to Madji, who always makes us feel welcome and remembered! his warm service and attention to detail elevate every visit. It’s not just a meal at La Tratt, it’s a treasured experience shared with family. If you’re looking for fine dining without the city bustle, this is the place.

Shoutout to Maggie the manager. For a local/in the area fine dining , it has the good hit. Good wine list, but definitely could be more option on the food. Felt so welcome the moment we walk in. The service was top notch, not intrusive but great amount of attention and knowledge of what we need. Really wish the menu could be more extensive as it was limited. We can tell everyone around us (other table) really enjoyed themselve. Final shout out the team, for such a memorable night. Will definitely come back for a cosy night out! Thank you team!

It’s been awhile since I return to this restaurant. I think they have changed hands. The food was not bad especially in proportion wise. Tomahawk is still good even tho it’s smaller than before. In terms of service, one of the waitress was inconsistent in pouring the wine around the table. Overall I would recommend this restaurant.
