We ordered Bolognese and Carbonara. Very delicious for dinner who is looking dor Italian cuisine. Despite there was a lack of cover to hide from high wind, it is very good place to have some dinner and lunch.
Wonderful hand-made pasta with wonderful sauces. Iโve eaten most things on the menu and everything is excellent. The pasta is excellent and the toppings are all quite generous including the marinara The garlic bread is the best anywhere in the mousse is stunning. The Newstead venue has a fabulous atmosphere. Dan, the chef owner, is often there and happy for a bit of a chat which I think makes it much more interesting. It is like a small family owned place. It is order at the counter. The Chermside venue is much bigger but does not have the atmosphere.
A small selection of delicious Italian food. It only has a small outdoor area for eating, and the menu items are a little pricey, but the food is worth it. You have to order at the counter but the staff are attentive and friendly.
Our party of four plus a little one, weโre delighted to find this darling little outdoor dining Italian restaurant for lunch . It was walking distance from our accommodation near James St. The pasta was all hand made, in fact everything was made from scratch from Fine Dining Chef Dan. Each of us had ordered something different. In sampling all of the dishes, each one had a unique flavour & was delicious. It was great value for the portions. We were so.full that we didnโt need to have dinner. Chef Dan was so impressive & knowledgeable about food that we had a lovely time chatting with him. We highly recommend the food & this wonderful experience.
โญโญโญโญโญ One of the best Italian dining experiences Iโve had in Australia! The garlic bread was absolutely perfect, the portions were generous, and every dish was packed with flavor without being overpowering. The tiramisu was the highlight of dessertโlight, rich, and delicious. What really stood out was the service: warm, attentive, and genuine. The chef Becca even came out personally to follow up on dishes, which made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Italian food with a welcoming atmosphere! (A piece of garlic bread was eaten before the photo, too good to let sit)
