I dined at Pinco tonight and am so impressed. This place is the whole package. Literally the best service I have ever received at a restaurant, every person we spoke to was beyond kind and super helpful at helping us choose what to order. The food and ambience were also incredible too. Will definitely be back.

ORDERED: ๐Ÿ„ Beef tartare, ceaser dressing, cured yolk, baby gem ($23.00) ๐Ÿ Mushroom mezza maniche, truffle, sage, silken tofu (v) ($32.00) ๐Ÿ Gnocchi cacio e pepe with prosciutto cotto ($35.00) ๐ŸŸ Fries, parmesan, truffle ($16.00) ๐Ÿฅ— Radicchio salad, orange, fennel, sesame, dijon honey ($15.00) It was $64.01pp which included a drink split in 2. REVIEW: ๐Ÿ’š I really liked the Radicchio salad. Something about the zesty sweet orange, the nuttiness from the sesame and the crunchiness of the radicchio was great. I'm not a fennel girl, so I ate around it. ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ‘ Overall, the food was decent at Pinco Italo. The pasta is straightforward. 1. The mushroom mezza maiche felt like it was lacking sauce and a little 'grainy'. There was such a great opportunity to use its ribbed edges to catch a creamier sauce! 2. The prosciutto (cooked prosciutto) in the gnocchi cacio e pepe was decent. The sauce was definitely creamy here! 3. Fries felt like more steak fries - thicker and chewier with a generous shaving of parmesan! 4. Wasn't fan of the beef tartare. It didn't seem cohesive, the ceasar dressing a bit overwhelming for the beef tartare. The atmosphere stands out at Pinco Italo. The crayons to draw on the table made it fun and whimsy, while the jazz playing the background added to vibes. It did get too loud at times, but made it a great excuse to move from sitting opposite each other to next to each other ๐Ÿ˜.

Amazing food and customer service! We went for an early seating at 5pm so probably didnโ€™t get to experience the full romantic vibes with the dim lighting etc but I couldnโ€™t fault the service! The wait staff were so attentive and friendly, smiling and checking in with us frequently. Would definitely return

Lovely date night spot. Went for jazz night - definitely book. Music was loud but thatโ€™s fine if there are just two or you. Probably less suited for groups. We had the focaccia which was lovely and the butter was delicious. Bread could have been warmer. Then we had the ragu bianco which was delicious and I would highly recommend this! Finally we had the chicken cotoletta and caesar salad which was divine, would also get this again! Will be back!

โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ We had a fantastic first visit! The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our server was amazing, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful, enhanced by the lovely live jazz music. You can really tell the team works hard to create a memorable experience. Highly recommend! P.s you can draw on the tables!
