Seriously, what a buzzing, vibrant, and stunning restaurant. Great vibe, and the food was simply, without a doubt, delicious. The pasta is as stated—handmade fresh—and the pizza dough is well-aged and prepared. The chef is a little gem and an asset to this location. Well done to you and your stunning team. The waitress had unbelievable wine and food knowledge, and it was like having dinner with your family. Well done. Do yourself a favour and pop in. Make sure you book, as it is super busy.

We had a great experience at RT. The staff were friendly and attentive and were able accommodate for our needs. The food was of high quality. Most of the items on the menu were an elevated version of the traditional Italian dishes.

Edited Review: After the restaurant’s feedback I can start to see their defensiveness regarding poor reviews extends to others. Someone had a very similar experience 3 weeks ago, and their review was met with similar defensiveness. My ratings regard to service and the food remain justified. We had no idea who our wait person was - regardless of whether they were training or not, that makes for a poor customer experience. Regarding the wine, we were told that the wine, which was $31 per glass was “fruit forward”. It tasted slightly acidic and a bit musty. We were not asked how our meal was when we were paying. We would have happily provided feedback if we’d been asked. Original review: Very affable greeting turned into a prolonged, unorganised ill service. After 15min, we had to wave someone over to place our drink and meal order. Majority of wines are all Italian. The premium wine was corked and upon detailing that, they gave us a replacement which was “put through the strainer a few times”! How about, replace the bottle without elements or cork. In addition, don’t charge me for a wine that was corked (upon noting this they did remove it from the bill). Icing on the cake was when the first waiter asked if we were finished and did the obligatory offerings and then fetched our bill. Less then a minute later their colleague asked us the same exact questions. Suggestion is to have designated waiters for set tables. Foodwise, the pizza is a distant fourth to what you can get in Paddington and the ragu beef cheek pasta was insipid with a raw egg nested on top of the meal. The salad and greens were a stand out. Shame about the disorganised staff and corked Italian wine going for $31 a glass.

I loved this restaurant!!! I booked at lunch time and was perfect, sunny day, nice atmosphere, not busy and we received the best service! I don't eat dairy products, but I am not allergic, and they changed my initial order when I explained it (without any problem). I never eat pizza because of the cheese, but the homemade cheese they have is delicious. I loved as well all the entrees, and octopus and zucchini flowers were amazing. I can't complain about this restaurant, I really want to go back. I just would love to have dairy free pasta options in the future ☺️☺️

Had a brilliant dinner experience with friends. From arrival and being greeted at the door through to the wait staff Ramona provided excellent customer service. The food, like the customer service was excellent. Great portion sizes, fresh and full of flavour. (If I had a negative it would be that two mains come out and there was about a 6 - 7 minute wait for the others in our party to get the other two). Cannot compliment our waiter enough, the guy had personality plus and his knowledge and suggestions of the wines to pair with our meals was absolutely brilliant. Every box was ticked and I would thoroughly recommend.
