Authentic Italian restaurant serving the most delicious pizza and pasta. Everything we ordered was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Quite loud, as it's a small space but it had a great vibe. We will definitely be back.

Five stars for this beautiful Italian spot. I ordered the pizza and a glass of red wine, and both were absolutely lovely. The pizza had that perfect balance of a light, crispy base with fresh, flavourful toppings, and the wine paired with it so well. It was one of those meals where everything just felt right. The staff were genuinely lovely. They were welcoming from the moment we walked in, attentive without hovering and you could tell they took real pride in what they do. The whole atmosphere felt warm and authentic, the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. I am visiting from Perth and cannot wait to return. This place has such a special charm and the food speaks for itself. If you are after delicious Italian with great service, this is definitely the place to go

Nice and smiling lady at the counter which was very pleasant. The pizze and pastas were good, specially the pizza dough which had enough time to raise. I’m afraid the center of the pizza was too thin and therefore a bit burnt all the way under. Fortunately the toppings were excellent to counterbalance that.

Our Nth date at romo and we left with yet another warmest feeling. Well fed, satiated and just two happy souls. Always always always start with your individual Panes . Never share. The Pane is out of the world and you'll never get anything like that anywhere else in the world we believe. Our Favourite and once again, there's nobody who'd beat them with this one. Funghi! The merriest polygamous marriage between truffle pate, cheese, Mushrooms and their most special Biga base is to die for. Oh and yesterday we tried our new favourite. Fourplay. Not your usual quotrro forrmaggie. You are talking about about scalloped potatoes, the best blend of 4 fresh cheese, fresh basil and boy oh boy the Gorgonzola hits all the right spots in your body! Needless to say but their service is friendly and professional. While the place is small, we believe its the lesser capacity that let's them charm their guest with just the best and the most exquisite taste, quality and service. Less is more here. If you ever try Romo, you'd know there's no other place in Melbourne that can do this to you. And yes we have been to many good, hyped and known pizza places in Melbourne but none has ever come close enough! -Devki & Udit.

A great little bar for a midweek meal. We lucked out with some great weather and grabbed a table outside early in the evening before it quickly filled up and many were turned away. Excellent pizza dough that had risen beautifully and was so tasty. We got a tiramisu to go as we needed to walk off our feast and it was the perfect combo of coffee soaked creamy dessert!
