We went here during new yearโs eve and were not disappointed. We picked the chefโs choice for $110 pp. We had a variety of entree and they all were excellent! We had 2 mains. The duck was a bit tough and chewy. Apart from that everything was good. We got to taste very unique desserts as well. I would go again and try the regular menu. The staff were kind and friendly. The customer service was exceptional !
It was a delight to dine at Such and Such- the decor, lovely staff, delicious menu and extensive drinks menu made it a night to remember. Our waiters were attentive, sweet and seemed as excited about each dish as we were! Loved the tea cozy inspired/netted wine bottle wraps, the crockery that showcased the dishes proudly and the fun but not overshadowing art works. We tried to decide a favourite dish but we honestly could not separate them - they were all fantastic, flavoursome and interesting. We cannot wait to visit again and we are looking forward to introducing many others to your excellent addition to the Canberra food scene. Thank you for making our New Years Eve memorable.
I must say I was quite impressed. We ordered all of their large dishes and they were all so good! The duck was the best, followed by the beef, then the pork belly. I suggest you should also try the caramelised onion scroll. I am looking forward to going back.
Visited for a pre-concert dinner and had the 1.5hr Here and There menu at $80. I had high hopes after previously visiting their sister restaurant Pilot and my experience lived up to expectations! There was a lot of food included and I got to try their sourdough flatbread, beef tartare, ricotta and cauliflower gnudi, jerk chicken with side salad and finally the rum and raisin crรจme caramel for dessert. Enjoyed all the dishes however the crรจme caramel was my favourite! There is an extensive drinks menu including plenty of non-alcoholic options. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and welcoming with a great knowledge of all the items on the menu. I was in and out within the 90 minutes as hoped for. Really enjoyable dinner and would recommend.
Enjoyed the atmosphere and food on offer during 3to5 happy hour. Had just arrived down from Sydney and due to heavier long weekend traffic, we arrived in Canberra mid-afternoon and the timing turned out perfect for this experience. The decor stood out to me just as much as the food. $3.50 oysters plus happy hour drinks were a great way to relax. The char grilled spatchcock was delicious - juicy, tender and paired well with the garlic bread sauce. Iโd skip the crispy rice next time to try more of the small plates. Friendly service, even though they needed to get dinner service going they didnโt add pressure to leave.
