The atmosphere and vibe of the place was absolutely stunning. Agus’s and Mitch provided an excellent and exhilarating experience at the bar and kept my friends and I entertained the whole night

Wilma or The Pearl Hotel? That might be the first question coming to whoever wants to visit this place for the first time. Wilma bills itself as a progressive Asian barbeque restaurant and The Pearl an Asian-inspired cocktail and “snax” bar. The sisters – one formal and one casual – entered the Canberra dining scene in December 2021. So simply put, Wilma is a formal Asian BBQ restaurant whileas The pearl is a casual bar even though you can think of them as two names under one resaurant. The vibe was great especially on weekeend nights. The food was more than palatable. It indeed has a lot of Chinese/Asian concepts in the dishes. As this is a bar, you expect the serving is on the small side.

I was bummed when kokomos closed down as I loved their food, even though everyone only went there for the cocktails. Glad to see the venue has kept the quality and high level of service, though pricier. Loved it all - the Yuzu cocktail, chicken salad, market fish, wagyu and pork belly.

We had a great night at the Pearl! We tasted a few different cocktails and loved them all. The oysters were amazing and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend the Pearl for a night out.

Absolutely blown away by the food, service and cocktails. Came here for dinner in the evening, and the staff were amazing, catering to us and our young son and making sure we were all looked after. The food was delicious too, and couldn't fault it at all, and it arrived promptly even though they were busy. Special thanks to Evie who absolutely smashed it with absolutely fantastic service.
