Poor service with little else to recommend it. We waited over half an hour for our drinks, which only arrived after we followed up. When they did, there was barely any alcohol in them. We raised this with the bar manager, who insisted the drinks were fine. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

The vault deserves more than 5 stars. We were declined from every restaurant on the street with a table of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 kids under 3) we were greeted by Kim who welcomed us and showed us our table. We were then blown away by the singing chef, what an atmosphere he created. The vibes of this restaurant is absolutely phenomenal and we are so sad we found it on our last night here in QLD. The food 10/10, fresh and so flavoursome. As we left, Kim picked up our eldest boy parker and had a dance with him, another customer soon picked up our other son Nash and had a dance with him too. Honestly, dont have a bad word to say about this restaurant at all. See you Kim 😘😘

Really good vibe & friendly staff. Great entertainment the night we went (Sunday). Lost a star as bar service was slow at times, although later on there was table service for drinks. Looks like a popular spot for the locals. The age demographic looked like about 30-60.

Our waiter Nelson was so helpful with ordering the right foods and bringing joy to our table! He worked hard to make us happy with a friendly face. Ask for him if you dine there. Also the chef who sang me Happy Birthday while playing the piano was awesome!! Thank you so much guys. We will be back. A hidden gem xx

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic, and the Italian food was absolutely delicious. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They were all incredibly friendly, and their sense of humor made the atmosphere even better. Plus, the live music was a great touch—it really set the mood, with people dancing and happily enjoying their drinks. Highly recommend this place for both great food and a fun, lively atmosphere!
