Well where do I start.. We are here on holidays and after finding a brochure for this place I got online and read through all the google reviews all of which seemed to be very good so my family and I decided to try it tonight. We ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni and the Nicks special total come to $100 we were told 25 mins wait, sure no problem we took our kids for a walk and come back half hour later to which our food still wasn’t ready, that’s fine no problem wait time ended up being 45 mins. We have than driven home with the pizzas sat down to eat to find that we didn’t have a pepperoni and got given a bbq meatlovers instead. I called the shop straight away told the young girl what the issue was she said she would put her manager on. In the background I can hear her say to the manager there is an issue with another order. The manager gets on the phone and says Yes what’s the problem I explained to her I had been given the wrong pizza she said well which one is it and what have you been given so I told her she says ok we will make you a new one. So off I go back to the shop again I walked in the lovely young girl greeted me and knew what I was there for and said I’ll get your pizza for you now, while waiting at the register another lady asked me if I was ok and being served I said yes would I be able to speak to your manager that I just spoke to on the phone she said sure no problem, I was than greeted by this manager who was nothing but rude. I asked her what she was going to do for me for the inconvenience they have caused she told me nothing they are all human and they make mistakes I said I understand that but you have stuffed up and inconvenienced me having to come back here while my family is sitting at home eating without me so than she says well I need to see the pizzas and said I told you that on the phone which she absolutely didn’t so she tells her “paying” customer that I am the liar. And that I have been nothing but rude to her and all Her staff and that I can get out of the store and have nothing. Was than told I know nothing about working in hospitality and when I do to come back and see her. So sorry to say Nick after reading all your wonderful reviews about not just your food but also the entertainment you provide to your customers we won’t be returning.

My partner and I went to this Pizzeria tonight and absolutely loved it. I had the beef lasagna and he had the Lamb pizza. It was honestly one of the best meals we have ever had. The food has an amazing authentic taste and the staff were very welcoming. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at this wonderful restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our celebration even more special. The place was clean and had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a romantic evening. I found this $20 - $40 restaurant to be reasonably sized — bright and airy, which contributed to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and engaging, adding to the overall experience. The only drawback in this regard was the background music. Combined with the buzz of nearby diners’ conversations, it made hearing a bit difficult at times. A charming touch was being greeted by Nick’s 10-year-old daughter — confident and clearly well-versed in what she was doing. For lunch, I ordered the Gourmet 11-inch Medium King Prawn Pizza ($28), which featured a tomato, garlic, and basil pesto base, topped with king prawns, Spanish onions, and avocado. The combination of ingredients was spot on, and I even got a cheese pull — twice! The pizza arrived fresh and hot, and it was both delicious and satisfying. My wife had the Fish with Chips and Salad ($25). The fish was beautifully cooked — soft, not overly salty, and served hot. The chips were nicely crunchy and perfectly seasoned with a touch of salt. The salad, paired with cherry tomatoes, a vinaigrette, and a hint of mustard, was fresh and pleasantly flavourful, I will be back. @whiterabbit7820

Loved our experience at Pizzeria Bar and Grill in Townsville! The location in the city offers amazing views, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the pizza and mezze platter, and both were fantastic. Great flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for good food with a lovely atmosphere.
